Transaction or account issues

Use the support option shown inside the relevant app. Keep your UID, order number, transaction amount, date, time and non-sensitive screenshots ready. Bank-account freezes or unauthorized transactions should also be reported directly to the bank.

Website corrections

When reporting a broken page or inaccurate guide, include the page address, the device/browser used and a clear description of the issue. Do not include private account credentials.
